Shipping costs and payment methods

We charge a shipping fee of 4.95 euros within Germany. Shipping costs to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, France, Poland, Czech Republic and Switzerland are 8.95 euros. The shipping costs to Great Britain, Italy, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Estonia, Bulgaria, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, and Greece are 15.95 euros.

We ship your ordered goods optionally with the payment methods:

Prepayment / PayPal / Sofortüberweisung / Direct debit.

You will receive the required bank details with your order confirmation directly by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail after placing your order, please check your e-mail address again and send us a message using the contact form.

We ship only with DHL package.

Orders will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. In case of direct debit, instant bank transfer or invoice, the goods will be shipped on the day of the order, provided that it is received by 14:00, otherwise the goods will be shipped the next day. (The shipping documents are subsequently available for 30 days).

The direct debit payment is made when the goods have left our warehouse.

In case of any shipping problems, claims can be made to the shipping company within 7 days of shipment. Alternative shipping requests for larger quantities can be sent to us by e-mail.

Shipments to non-EU countries are subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.
